Please join our ongoing Beautification & Membership Campaign

Please join our ongoing membership and neighborhood improvement campaign! Please adhere to the following BHOA neighborhood rules and best practices:

  • Don’t litter! Pick up litter near and around your home.

  • Add sod or plant grass seed to your yard if needed.

  • Don’t blow or rake grass clippings/leaves in the street.

  • Remember, the City will only pick up leaves and grass clippings that are bagged.

  • Do not park cars or trucks on your front or back lawn/yard/grass.

  • Remove garbage containers from the street asap after pickup.

  • Avoid long-term parking on neighborhood streets.

  • Keep common areas clean.

  • Utility trailers should not be store/parked on your front lawn/yard/grass.

  • Remove seasonal holiday decorations as soon as possible.

  • Report all environmental and code concerns promptly to Code Enforcement. Officer: Ashley Blalock – 339-7000, ext 232.

  • Drive slowly through the neighborhood.

  • Contribute to the Briarcliff Homeowners Association. Pay your annual $60 dues.

  • Increase the value of our neighborhood by keeping a nice and clean yard.

  • Take pride in Briarcliff!

The Briarcliff Homeowners Association is committed to the following:

  • Communicating proper aesthetics and routine maintenance for yards and homes.
  • Providing a forum for individual voices to be heard.
  • Helping to determine community priorities and influence community decisions.
  • Implementing projects which have improved the appearance of the community and stimulated pride in neighborhoods and the community as a whole.
  • Providing an opportunity for residents to learn new skills and serve as a training ground for new community leaders.
  • Contributing to the personal well-being of residents and to a spirit of cooperation and community among neighbors.
