The purpose of the Briarcliff Homeowners Association (BHOA) is to enhance and preserve the quality of life within our neighborhood. Also, promote a sense of community through effective and efficient management of the BHOA. The Association is responsible for the administration of policies to beautify Briarcliff. In addition, the BHOA works to increase the value of our resident’s investment, by supporting initiatives that benefit the greater good of our community.
